General Shipping Information to the United States

All of our products are shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (Priority Mail). We usually process orders within 24 hours, but in some cases it can take longer. If you select standard delivery, the majority orders are delivered in 3 to 7 business days from the order date. In some cases it may take up to a full 10 business days. If the order will take longer than this, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

General Shipping Information to International Countries

We do ship our products to international locations outside the United States via USPS; however, we are not responsible for any customs, taxes, duties, or brokerage fees that may be billed to the customer upon delivery of the package. Unfortunately we are not able to estimate these fees. The average delivery time is approximately 10-20 business days.
