Return Policy for United States Orders

Please ship unworn merchandise back to us within for a refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt and a note explaining your request. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you choose to exchange an item be sure to include a check or money order in the amount of $7.99 for one pair and $8.99 for more than one pair.

International customers please return the unworn shoes to us for a refund. If you would like another shoe please place an order for the shoe you would like and e-mail us the original order number and the new order number for a small shipping discount.
