Returns or Exchanges

Please ship unworn merchandise back to us within for a refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt and a note explaining your request. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you choose to exchange an item be sure to include a check or money order in the amount of $7.99 for one pair and $8.99 for more than one pair.  Pleae allow two weeks after we receive the return to process it, if it takes longer than that please contact us with the tracking information for the status.

Answers to FAQs about Converse Shoes

Q: Are Converse shoes sizes larger than regular shoes?

A: Yes, the Converse Chuck Taylor shoes tend to run about a half size larger than most other brands. In some cases, Converse shoes even run a whole size larger, It just depends on your feet. We recommend that you try a pair on in a local store if at all possible before buying your first pair online. This will help ensure that you find the proper size for your feet.

Q: Why do the sizes show men's and women's?

A: Most Converse shoes are Unisex so a men's 5 is the same as a women's 7.  If you have sizing questions you can always call or e-mail us.   

Q: How can I clean my Converse shoes?

A: For your canvas and textile shoes you can wash them by hand or in a washing maching, but we do not reccoment drying them as it can dry the glue and cause seperation.  If you have a custom shoe, leather shoe, or any material other than canvas/textile we do not recommend washing them. 

Q: Can I return my shoes if I don't like them, or if they don't fit?

A:  Yes you can return any unworn shoes for a refund anytime.  If you ordered a custom shoe, you can return them, but you will only receive a partial refund for the shoes.  Please contact us before returning with specific questions about custom returns.
